At Anytime Hot Water, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your hot water system, we offer a straightforward return policy.   1. Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the hot water system must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. If we have also installed the system, and the system is faulty, we can also return to repair or replace the system under warranty of the system itself and up to 1 year on parts and labour. If the system or parts have been tampered with or serviced by someone outside of our company, the parts and labour warranty is voided.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 7-day return window. You can reach us via email or phone, and we will guide you through the return process. To assist us in processing your return quickly, please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking capabilities to ensure the safe return of the product. Any expenses incurred for return shipping are non-refundable unless agreed upon by Anytime Hot Water.
  4. Inspection and Refunds: Once we receive the returned hot water system, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in point one. If the product is deemed eligible for a return, we will proceed with the refund process. Please note that the refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
  5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your hot water system for a different model or size, please follow the return process mentioned above. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.
  6. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective hot water system, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or provide further instructions on how to proceed. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the resolution process.
  7. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to clearance or discounted products, used hot water systems, and items not in their original packaging unless done so by one of our specialists. Additionally, any products that have been modified or altered may not be eligible for returns unless otherwise stated.
